INTERPORC and the National Veterinary Corps Association (NVCA) have signed a collaboration agreement with the aim of developing joint initiatives in the field of training, dissemination and technical communication of interest to professionals in the veterinary field and the pig sector.
The agreement establishes a framework for joint work in strategic areas related to technical knowledge, animal health, food safety and sustainability.
Among other actions, it includes the publication of content on the swine sector in the magazine ‘Veterinarios’, the official publication of the NVCA. It also anticipates the participation of NVCA experts in INTERPORC activities, as well as collaboration in conferences and training programs, the objectives of which will be to promote knowledge transfer, foster accurate information, and contribute to a better understanding of the challenges and advances in the white-coated swine sector.
Alberto Herranz, CEO of INTERPORC, emphasized that “collaboration with the NVCA is fundamental to continue advancing the development of the swine sector based on technical rigor and scientific principles.” He added that “this agreement undoubtedly reinforces the role of veterinary professionals as key players in the sector.”
